Small Plates {Macaroons}

Macaroons.

Being a work-at-home mom leaves minimal “break” opportunities. So, when I get the {rare} chance to visit a local bakery and enjoy a freshly baked treat I take full advantage.

Chocolate dipped coconut macaroons are such a special treat for me. Not only are they delicious – but, they are something that I don’t make in my own kitchen. However, the best part of letting someone else do the baking is definitely letting them do the dishes!
